
All quotations and contracts are made subject to the following conditions. Any disagreements with the terms and conditions below must be conveyed in writing within 5 days. Failure to notify us of any disagreements will be regarded as full acceptance of the conditions below.
In the case of hire of equipment, the client accepts full responsibility for security, theft, loss and damage. Damages etc will be charged at brand new replacement rate.
All bookings must be 25% paid in advance and paid in full by the first date of the contract.
Any damages made to the property of Escapade Bar Solutions by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.
Any orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed letter or confirmation e-mail from Escapade Bars.
Upon confirmation, you are entered into a binding contract with Escapade Bars Ltd. Any cancellations by the client after this point will be met with the following sliding penalty fees.
All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed with a member of the Escapade Bar Solutions team.
Lost or broken glassware will be charged at the rate of £1 per broken glass for all UK events
If the number of guests decreases by more than 5%, the price per head for full stock packages will increase as the costs are covered by fewer people.
If the number of guests decreases on the day of the event, the full price will be charged based on the number of guests most recently supplied to us.
Unless otherwise agreed, the removal of rubbish is at the clients expense. We will always clean the bar area after an event to the best of our ability but rubbish disposal is the duty of the client. For an additional fee, we can of course arrange this ourselves.
