What’s it going to cost me?
All our rates are calculated on a per job basis. The price depends on your exact requirements, preferred brands, style of event, duration etc. That said, our rates are extremely reasonable and will most likely work out far cheaper than a comparable night out in a bar or restaurant.
Can you look after any licensing requirements?
Yes we can. Given at least 4 weeks notice, we can apply to the council for a temporary events notice which would cover you for drinks, entertainment, etc.
Where are you based and where do you operate?
We have facilities in both Manchester and Mallorca and have opened bars and run events around the world.
I haven’t budgeted for a consultant in my business, what is this service going to cost me?
Every consultancy is different and tailored to each specific client. It is very common that our fees are balanced by the ability to secure additional funds from suppliers and support that would simply not be available as a sole trader. We have to date nearly always recouped our fees through savings passed on to the client.

Can you supply floor staff?
Yes, we can arrange floor staff to cover drinks receptions and wine service for meals.
Can we choose the cocktails / products?
Of course you can. We will consult with you and select a range of cocktails that will best suit your event and your guests. We can get supply any brands of spirits or beers and can incorporate these into our prices on request.
How large or small an event do you cater for?
We can cater for any event, from small intimate house parties to 1000 guest, luxury weddings.
How long does it take to setup a bar?
Depending on the size of the event and the number of service points, we are generally setup in around 2 - 4 hours.
Are there any requirements for the bars?
Our only requirement is access to a water source and a plug socket for a short while at the start of the night.
Do you take away the rubbish?
As a rule, the removal of waste is the duty of the client. For an additional fee, we can however arrange this ourselves.
